Aurora ★★★★★

The protein boost is a nice surprise—I add it to pasta sauce and it melts in like a savory cheese without any dairy. The flakes themselves have a rich, umami bite that makes even plain veggies taste indulgent.

Sprinkled this on my popcorn last night and honestly couldn’t tell it wasn’t dairy cheese—it melts into that same savory tang, minus any of the heaviness. The 6 grams of complete vegan protein per serving is a nice bonus for a lazy dinner topping.

Alexander ★★★★★

The complete vegan protein is why I grabbed it, and it’s been perfect for sprinkling over popcorn when I want a savory snack without the dairy. I’ve already gone through a jar in two weeks because it’s that easy to use.
