The gluten-free part is huge for me, and this savory seasoning has replaced soy sauce in almost everything I cook. A tiny splash goes a long way, and it doesn't have that harsh salty bite I'm used to.
Finally a soy sauce substitute that doesn't leave that weird metallic aftertaste — this one's savory and clean, and the fact it's gluten-free means I can use it in marinades for guests without checking labels twice. The bottle lasted me a solid two months of daily stir-fries.
