Nolla soijaa. Kaikki maku. Bragg® Coconut Liquid Aminos on herkullinen vaihtoehto teriyakikastikkeelle. Se on valmistettu luomukookosblossom-nektarista, kuuluisasta Bragg®-omenaviinietikastamme ja balilaisesta merisuolasta. Laita sitä vaikka mihin.
The coconut blossom nectar makes it subtly sweet, so it's not as salty as teriyaki but still has that rich umami kick. I've been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even in my stir-fry sauce, and it's become a pantry staple in under a week.
I was honestly skeptical about a soy-free substitute, but this has all the salty umami I craved. The coconut blossom nectar makes it slightly sweeter than the original, which works perfectly for a quick stir-fry.
The apple cider vinegar gives it a tangy kick that balances the coconut sweetness perfectly, so it works as a straight swap for teriyaki on stir-fries. I’ve used it three times this week and the bottle is already half empty.
