The bottle arrived quickly and the cold pressed process really shows — it’s smooth going down but leaves a nice warmth at the back of the throat. I’ve been drizzling it over salads and roasted veggies all week, and it holds up beautifully without turning bitter. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now
The peppery finish from those Greek Koroneiki olives is exactly what I was hoping for—it’s bold but not bitter. I’ve been drizzling it over salads and dipping bread, and it holds up beautifully without turning greasy.
I’ve been trying to find an EVOO with that actual peppery finish, and these Koroneiki olives deliver — one drizzle over a salad and I was sold. It’s unrefined and cold pressed, so it tastes fresh rather than flat, and a little goes a long way.
