I mix a spoonful into my morning tea and the honey actually cuts the vinegar bite completely, which never happened with other blends I've tried. It's become the one thing I look forward to in my routine.
The aftertaste is what got me—it’s smooth and almost syrupy, like a mild tea instead of a sharp bite. I’ve been adding a splash to my morning water and it dissolves without clumping, which is more than I can say for other blends I’ve tried. That organic honey really does the heavy lifting.
The honey takes the edge off the vinegar just enough that I can sip it straight without wincing, which is exactly what I needed for a daily kick. Mixing it into warm water before breakfast has become a habit I actually look forward to.
