The sesame flavor comes through strong without being greasy, and the apple cider vinegar gives it a nice tang that doesn't overpower the ginger. I've been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even cold noodles, and it's become my go-to for a quick dinner upgrade.
Shaking this up over a simple salad bowl turned dinner into something way more exciting, the ginger hits first and the sesame rounds it out beautifully. It’s got that clean, organic feel without any heavy oiliness, and the ACV tang keeps it bright. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week
The ACV base gives it a nice tang that cuts through the richness of the sesame, and it clings to greens better than any dressing I've tried. Shaking the bottle for a few seconds mixes it perfectly every time, and it's made my weekday lunch bowls actually exciting.
